Beneficial insects for a green space of peace
In this year’s lush garden in the heart of Milano Marittima, butterflies, bees and ladybirds made with the ancient technique of printed canvases are flying around. Entering this heavenly corner, where we still encounter Oscar Dominguez’s land art sculpture ‘The She-Wolf’, is like taking a journey through primordial nature, far from noise and excess.
In 2011, the twinning between Aalen and Cervia sealed a long-standing friendship, founded on many common values, including peace and the union of European peoples.
With this green corner, the German city also wished to contribute to the theme of the event, so that nature in the city could acquire new spaces, to become a place of total and peaceful immersion in biodiversity.
