Baden bei Wien has been bound to Cervia since 1967, thanks to summer stays for children in the colony in Cervia-Pinarella-Milano Marittima and since then the friendship has intensified, so much so that the famous Austrian spa town has participated in the international event for over 20 years and is was the host city of the Marriage of the Sea 2016.
The garden in Piazza dell’Unità in Pinarella is reproduced in a series of flower beds, the Doblhoffpark in Baden, where the largest rose garden in Austria is located.
In the flowerbed there are several hybrid shrub roses with remontant tea.
Also in 2021 due to the health emergency, the set-up was restored by the Green Service of the Municipality of Cervia.
