The artist Oscar Dominguez created this structure on the occasion of the eighteenth century of Dante’s death (1265-1321) using wood recovered from the beaches. The sculpture has an organic shape that recalls the presence of the wind.
The eroded and worn wood and the broken shape of the sculpture evoke the impetuous wind mentioned by the Supreme Poet.
The Green Service of the Municipality of Cervia has created decomposed vegetation that recalls the effect of the wind.
