From Canada comes the River of Freedom to Cervia

River of Freedom is the title of the garden in Stratford, the second of three Canadian cities featured in Cervia Garden City.

A flowing river, symbolizing the path to freedom, and a tribute in the form of poppies dedicated to the Canadian soldiers who contributed to the liberation of Cervia in 1944.

With its landscapes and numerous parks, Stratford is a virtuous example of the balance between development, environmental protection, and participation.

In 2019, the city was awarded 5 Silver Flowers by international judges Mauro Paradisi and Richard Daigneault.
