Our heart beats for all the friends of Treviglio, a town in the province of Bergamo and a special wish goes to the mayor Juri Imeri, Stefano Cerea and their collaborators.
The sculpture of the tree of clogs, the work of the Treviglio sculptor Bruno Manenti, was relocated in the garden at the Rotonda Cadorna which had been set up in 2019 by the Municipality of Treviglio. For them above all it was a moment of particular difficulty and the city of Cervia ideally embraces them with the large red heart that becomes the visual fulcrum of the garden, embellished with oblique lines made up of white and red blooms.
In 2019, the Municipality of Treviglio with the presence of Legambiente Terre del Gerundo and Cooperativa Sociale Insieme wanted to demonstrate the commitment for the defence of the environment and of the human fragility.
In practice, they work to build a network in solidarity and harmony with the world around us. In addition to the guys from the social cooperative that employs people with disabilities, three local artists who in various ways recycle materials found in nature also collaborated on the setting: Silver Plachesi, Giuliano Gaigher and Bruno Manenti.
Also in 2021 due to the health emergency, the set-up was restored by the Green Service of the Municipality of Cervia.
