RAVENNA

TORRE SAN MICHELE –  Cervia

Ravenna is Dante’s city, that welcomed the poet forced into exile giving him a quiet place to spend the last years of his life. Ravenna looks to the seventh centenary of the great poet’s death, which will fall in 2021, and this year too focuses the creation of the flowerbed on the representation of the Dante’s face through a mosaic of plants.

The flowerbed has been created using the mosaic-crop technique, using plants of various species as “mosaic tiles”: Sedum, Alternanthera in various colors, Ajuga and Begonie.
