In a shady corner, at the end of the urban park in the locality of Tagliata, a small romantic corner opens up with notes of pastel color, which light up the branches of the large plane trees.
A wrought iron gate supports scented evergreen vines and opens onto some recovered historic vases, from which large agave mixed with sedum emerge.
A bed of giant dark-leaved, pink-flowered begonias brightens the entire area for a touch of romance.

The garden of the Municipality of Cervia is dedicated to the salt tradition and MUSA, the Salt Museum of Cervia, is also dedicated to the saline origins of the city, which tells the story and development of the salt pan and of the locality, which from the city of salt has been transformed in a tourist resort, today known and appreciated throughout Europe. In 2013 the museum was enriched with a new section that also offers a small but interesting archaeological area. Here you can see artifacts found in the area such as the remains of an early medieval ship and mosaics of the sixth century. of the church of San Martino prope litus maris. The volunteers of the cultural group “Civiltà salinara”, which still today produces salt with the ancient artisan method of daily collection. The salt of Cervia has always been known as the “sweet salt”, due to the limited presence of bitter salts, which, due to the particular climate and type of processing, do not deposit on sodium chloride crystals here.
The entire setting of the flowerbed is immersed in a cloud of ornamental grasses, interspersed with annual blooms that recall the colors of the salt marshes and the typical halophytic plant formations, represented primarily by glasswort, statice and inula.
